Try our Hobie Pedalboard Tour - Our Newest Equipment Addition!
Join us for a paddle/peddle on the Hudson River or Long Island Sound! This is a unique way to enjoy your time on the water! Hobie’s first of its kind Mirage pedal system allows for both the freedom of a paddle board, the stability of handlebars, with the strength and motion of walking.
Hobie Mirage Pedalboards are unique – they require many of the same skills as Stand Up Paddleboarding, such as balance and core strength, but dispense with the paddle entirely in favor of a bicycle-style pedal-and-handlebar combination. Thanks to the handlebars, it’s easier to stay upright on a Hobie Pedalboard than it is on a SUP of the same size. The pedal system also turns your SUP experience into a lower-body workout!

Good to know
For this program, we suggest snug fitting, low profile footwear like five fingers or water shoes. Flip flops and Crocs are not recommended. Some paddlers go without shoes – it’s totally up to you and what makes you comfortable!
