Fun Way To See The River
Professionally Guided
Perfect for Beginners

Paddle Through a Serene Environment & Check Out Wildlife!

This is a great spot for beginner and skilled paddlers alike to experience the Hudson River. The tour begins with basic instruction before we head out on the water. Your experienced guide will tailor the instruction to individual needs. We’ll paddle out from our launch on the sprawling beach at Croton Point Park to explore Half Moon Bay.

The trip heads south along the peninsula of Croton Point towards Teller’s Point. If conditions allow, we’ll paddle around the point into Croton Bay. Depending on time, we may be able to beach the kayaks and head up to check out the old wine cellars located in Croton Point. The shoreline is almost totally undeveloped, offering a natural experience of the Hudson. Our meeting point is accessible by Metro North, making it the perfect place to escape the city for a fun, introductory kayak on the Hudson.
